Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery day
Returned items must be in original condition, and contain the original packaging & gifts
Refund will not be made if the delivery was failed due to the incorrect address & local import policy
Reship/Refund will be made if the product is damaged, however, please note that the refund will not be made for the scratch/bends of the corners caused by the manufacturing malfunction or shipping
We are not responsible for any missing items in a sealed product
Returns fees are responsible by customers
Pre-order items can't be canceled.
For other items, Cancellation/Change requests must be requested immediately (within 2 days) and customers may be required to pay the transaction fee.
Please note that we can only keep your products at our warehouse within 90 days, After that, we can cancel your order and no refund will be made.
Once we approve your request, we will send you the return address, please return it within 60 days, and we suggest customer ship it through a reliable shipment with a tracking number as we don't responsible for the damaged shipments
